Except for Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays, it is a parking infraction for anyone other than the lessee of a reserved space to park a motor vehicle in a city-designated off-street parking space that has been designated as reserved. Further, on all days between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., except for Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays, it shall be an infraction to park a motor vehicle for a period in excess of two hours in any designated off-street parking space that has not been reserved.
