It is a parking infraction for motor vehicles that are lawfully parked in parking spaces designated for handicapped persons to be parked in such spaces for more than two successive hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. except Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays. Handicapped parking spaces shall be determined by the Board of Public Works and Safety and shall be marked appropriately.
