When the Mayor or his or her designee has proclaimed a snow emergency the following parking regulation will be followed:
(A) On odd numbered days parking will be on the odd numbered side of the street. On even numbered days, parking will be on the even numbered side of the street. If one side of the street is normally marked “no parking”, the no parking order shall not be enforced during a snow emergency. Any snow emergency declared shall run from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
(B) If a car is parked on the wrong side of the street, the penalty will be that the car is towed at the owner’s expense.
