§ 72.05  PARKING IN ALLEYS, ON SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any motor vehicle or other vehicle to park in any alley.  However, this section shall not apply to motor vehicles parking in alleys for a period of not more than 30 minutes for the purpose of loading or unloading the vehicles.  ('75 Code, § 29.06)
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle or other vehicle or any part of a vehicle on any sidewalk in the city.  ('75 Code, § 29.07)
   (C)   (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or park any motor vehicle on any portion of a lot, lawn or greenspace in any residential district other than on a drive of approved parking area.  No person shall operate or park any vehicle over the curb or curb area unless through a properly designed and designated curb cut.
      (2)   Exception:  parking on any portion of a lot, lawn or greenspace in a residential district for the purpose of loading or unloading or washing of the motor vehicle shall not exceed a reasonable amount of time necessary to accomplish the task.
