(A) Parking spaces shall be marked upon the streets of the city only upon the order of the Board of Public Works and Safety. ('75 Code, § 29.02)
(B) All motor vehicles or other vehicles parked upon or in streets upon which parking spaces have been designated by lines, painted or otherwise placed upon the streets of the city, shall be parked within a space so that no part of the vehicle touches any of the lines designating the parking space, and it shall be unlawful for any vehicle to be parked upon or in any such street in any other manner. However, nothing in this section shall prohibit trucks from parking on any street where parking spaces are parallel with the curb within the parallel spaces between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. ('75 Code, § 29.03)
