§ 71.03  STOP SIGNS AT DANGEROUS INTERSECTIONS.
   Stop signs shall be erected at all intersections designated upon the recommendation of the Police Department and upon the order of the Board of Public Works and Safety.  It shall be unlawful for the operator of any motor vehicle or other vehicle operated upon any street upon which stop signs have been erected in accordance with this section to fail to stop in the street at the stop sign.
