§ 70.02  AUTHORITY TO ERECT TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES.
   The Board of Public Works and Safety of the city is hereby directed, empowered, and authorized to erect and maintain those traffic-control signals and signs that the Board may from time to time deem necessary.
