§ 30.05  DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND ZONING APPEALS AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
   (A)   There is hereby established a Department of Planning and Zoning Appeals and Economic Development.
   (B)   The Department shall consist of two divisions:
      (1)   Planning and Zone Appeals organized under I.C. 36-7.
      (2)   Economic Development Commission organized under I.C. 36-7.
