§ 51.019 DETERMINATION OF USER AND DEBT SERVICE CHARGES.

   (A)   The user charge and debt service charge shall be revaluated annually, as soon after the close of the calendar year as practical, and shall be adjusted in accordance with the following formula.

               Annual Revenues Required for Operation,

               Maintenance, and Replacement

      CU =             (exclusive of customer costs)             

               Annual Flow in Hundred Cubic Feet

   (B)   The charge for debt service will in like manner be revaluated in accordance with the following formula.

      CD =   Annual Revenues Required for Debt Service

            Annual Flow in Hundred Cubic Feet
