(A) The historical standards for the Frankfort Downtown Historic District (revised January 3, 2017), a copy of which are attached to Ord. 16-22 as Exhibit C and made a part hereof, are hereby approved and adopted.
(B) The classification and designation of certain buildings, structures and sites within the Frankfort Downtown Historic District, as referred to in the historical standards attached to Ord. 16-22 as Exhibit C, are hereby approved and adopted.
(C) At least two copies of Ord. 16-22, together with the map attached thereto as Exhibit A and the historical standards attached thereto as Exhibit C, shall be kept on file with both the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer and the Office of the City Engineer.
