When future changes occur in the utility's cost of purchased power which changes would cause a change in the utility's purchase power cost adjustment tracking factor calculated in accordance with the order of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission approved on January 11, 1983, in Cause No. 36835-S1, as may be hereafter amended by the Commission, the factor automatically shall be changed accordingly and the utility's Superintendent shall cause the appropriate documents for approval of the change to be filed with the Commission and § 50.12 shall be deemed amended to reflect such rates upon approval by the Commission.
