(A) Availability. Available through one meter for single phase commercial service including lighting, miscellaneous small appliances, refrigeration, cooking, water heating, and incidental small motors not exceeding five horsepower individual capacity.
(B) Character of service. Alternating current, 60 Hertz, single phase, at a voltage of approximately 120 volts two-wire or 120/240 volts three-wire.
(C) Rate, subject to the provisions of § 50.12.
