The City Building Inspector must approve, approve with conditions, or disapprove the development plan within the Overlay District. The Building Inspector may send any development plan to the Frankfort Plan Commission for review. Development plans consisting of a parcel of 20,000 square feet or more in size or any new principal structure that is being constructed shall be reviewed and approved by the Plan Commission. Before making a decision by the Building Inspector and/or Plan Commission, the proposal shall be reviewed by a technical review committee comprised of appropriate parties and agencies as determined by the Building Inspector.
