(A) Installation. All electrical equipment, wiring and appliances shall be properly installed and maintained in a safe and approved manner.
(B) Receptacles. All receptacles shall be in accordance with the rules of the Commission or its predecessor at time of construction, installation, or alteration.
(C) Circuits. All circuits shall be in accordance with the rules of the Commission or its predecessors at time of construction, installation, or alteration.
(D) Temporary wiring or extension cords. Temporary wiring or extension cords shall not be used as permanent wiring.
