§ 93.197 FOLLOWING EMERGENCY VEHICLES TOO CLOSELY.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any motorized vehicle in such a manner as to be following an emergency vehicle at a distance of less than 300 feet, while the emergency vehicle is responding to an emergency call.
