§ 93.184  RESTRICTIONS AS TO LOCATION.
   Consumer fireworks may not be used or discharged in any city park or on any other property owned or occupied by the city and may be used or discharged only as follows:
   (A)   On the property of the purchaser of the consumer fireworks;
   (B)   On the property of another who has given permission to use the consumer fireworks; or
   (C)   At a special discharge location designated by the Fire Chief in accordance with rules adopted by the Indiana Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission.
