§ 93.182 SALES OF CONSUMER FIREWORKS.

(A) A questionnaire that is available at Frankfort Fire Headquarters must be filled out in its entirety and reviewed before approval of a permit for the sale of consumer fireworks.

(B) It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale any consumer fireworks prior to complying with these requirements.
