§ 93.155 APPEAL FROM DENIAL OF PERMIT.

When the appropriate Fire Prevention Division shall reject or refuse to grant a permit required by this subchapter, or when it is claimed that provisions of this section or any other provision of this code relating thereto do not apply, the person may appeal from the decision in writing set forth in this chapter.
