(A) A Halloween amusement permit shall be issued only after the appropriate Fire Prevention Division has had an opportunity to inspect the subject premises, and has found that the building or structure and amusement conforms with all applicable fire and life safety requirements as set forth in 675 IAC 22 and this chapter.
(B) A permit issued pursuant to this section shall not be transferable, and any change in use or occupancy of premises shall require a new permit.
