§ 93.151 HALLOWEEN AMUSEMENTS DEFINED.

As used in this subchapter, HALLOWEEN AMUSEMENT means haunted house, house of horrors, or any other activity in which persons are invited, guided, escorted, or otherwise transported through a building or structure or portion of a building or structure, temporary or permanent, for the purposes of entertainment or amusement.
