To aid in the enforcement of this subchapter the Fire Chief and/or the Police Chief shall obtain from each property owner, lessee, or person in possession of property covered by this subchapter an affidavit granting permission for and consent to towing away of any personal property which is obstructing emergency vehicle lanes. The original affidavit shall be filed in the Clerk-Treasurer’s office with copies on file in the Fire Chief’s and Police Chief’s offices.
