§ 93.126 UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS AND NOTIFICATION.

Any person who supervises, manages, or directs the installation, retrofitting, removal or closure of underground storage tanks shall notify the appropriate Fire Prevention Division 14 days prior to commencement of work; however, this requirement shall not apply on emergency repair work where 14-day notification is not possible.
