§ 93.124 INSPECTION OF FIRE ESCAPES.

Exterior fire escapes shall comply with the requirements as set forth in 675 IAC 22. Certification by a professional engineer licensed in the state to show compliance with this section shall be filed with the Fire Prevention Division upon order of the Fire Prevention Chief having jurisdiction over the premises.
