(A) Where required by Chapter 9 of the Indiana Fire Code, fire detection and fire suppression systems shall be installed and maintained to be in compliance with the rules of the Commission.
(B) Prior to the installation of a fire detection or fire suppression system, plans shall be submitted to the Frankfort Fire Department and Frankfort Building Services Department for approval. A plan review fee of $25 will be charged for reviewing the plans.
