§ 93.091  ORDERS TO CORRECT VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   If an owner or occupant fails to comply with an inspection report issued pursuant to this chapter or a variance issued pursuant to this chapter, the Fire Prevention Division may issue an order to compel compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   The failure of the Fire Prevention Division to inspect or to issue an order in accordance with this chapter shall not constitute approval of any violation or noncompliance with the provisions of this chapter.
   (C)   Any order issued pursuant to this section shall be served upon the owner, operator, occupant or other person responsible for the building or property.  Service of such order shall be by personal service, or by affixing a copy thereof in a conspicuous place at the entrance of the building or premises and by mailing a copy thereof to the owner or occupant by first class mail to the owner’s or occupant’s last known address pursuant to I.C. 4-21.5-3.
