§ 93.088  IMMINENT DANGER.
   The Fire Inspector may order the operation or use stopped, or the evacuation, of any premises, building or vehicle or portion thereof under I.C. 36-8-17-9 when it is determined that conduct or conditions of the property:
   (A)   Present a clear and immediate hazard of death or serious bodily injury to any person other than a trespasser;
   (B)   Are prohibited without a permit, registration, certification, release, authorization, variance, exemption, or other license required under I.C. 22-14 or another statute administered by the Department of Fire and Building Services and the license has not been issued; or
   (C)   Will conceal a violation of law.
