§ 93.064  ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   It shall be the responsibility of the Fire Department to enforce all provisions of this chapter within its jurisdiction.
   (B)   A Fire Department shall have such other powers and duties as may be conferred from time to time by law or ordinance.
