§ 93.046 BURNING ON ASPHALT STREETS.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to kindle and burn any fire of any substance, kind, or character whatsoever upon any of the streets, alleys, or sidewalks of the city which have been constructed of, or improved with, any type of asphalt material.
