Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of North Main Street and Avery Street (40º 17’ 35.18” north and 86º 30’ 43.72” west), then north to the intersection of North Main St. and Main Dr., then counterclockwise around Main Dr. to where its center line intersects Service Drive. Then west on Service Dr. to the intersection of the center lines of Service Dr. and Delphi Avenue, then south on Delphi Ave. to a point on its center line that is 135’ south of the intersection of the centerlines of Delphi Ave. and Union Road. Then west 440’ to a point on the center line of the CSX railroad (40º 17’ 47.25” north and 86º 30’ 57.31” west), then south 360’along the center line of the CSX railroad to a point (40º 17’ 44.05” north and 86º 31’ 02.90” west). Then west 3050’ to the center line of Rossville Ave. (40º 17’ 42.75” north and 86º 31’ 42.44” west), then west southwest 254º to a point (40º 17’ 40.05”north and 86º 31’ 53.27” west). Then south 1575’ to the intersection of this line with the extended center line of West Kyger St. (40º 17’ 24.37” north and 86º 31’ 51.67” west), then east to the intersection of the center lines of West Kyger St. and Walsh Ave. Then north to the center line of the west dead end of Willow St., then east to the intersection of the center lines of Willow St. and Rossville Ave. Then southeast on Rossville Ave. to the intersection of the center lines of Rossville Ave. and West Kyger St., then south to the intersection of the center lines of Rossville Ave. and West Palmer St., then east to the intersection of the center lines of West Palmer and the CSX Railroad tracks. Then north on the CSX tracks to where its center line would intersect with and extension of the center line of Avery St. (40º 17’ 35.04” north and 86º 31’ 02.54” west), the east to the point of beginning, the intersection of the center lines of North Main Street and Avery Street (40º 17’ 35.18” north and 86º 30’ 43.72” west).
