Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of North Williams Road and the Norfolk & Southern Railroad (40º 16’ 57.68” north and 86º 30’ 05.00” west), then east and northeast along the center line of the Norfolk & Southern Railroad to the intersection of the center lines of the Norfolk & Southern Railroad and North Kelley Ave. Then north to a point on the center line of North Kelley Ave. and 150’ south of the center line of Washington Ave. (40º 17’ 13.18” north and 86º 29’ 39.71” west). Then east to the center line of Goder Dr., and a point 222’ south of the center line of Washington Ave. (40º 17’ 13.18” north and 86º 29’ 37.13” west), then north 40’along the center line of Goder Dr. to a point 182’ south of the center line of Washington Ave. (40º 17’ 13.62” north and 86º 29’ 37.13” west). From that point, east 400” to a point just east of the end of a stone driveway (40º 17’ 13.62” north and 86º 29’ 38.22” west), then north 480’ to the center line of Washington Ave. (40º 17’ 17.49” north and 86º 29’ 32.00” west), then southwest to the intersection of the center lines of Washington Ave. and Crawford St. Then north to a point where Crawford St. and Street Department Dr. would intersect if they both continued (40º 17’ 21.66” north and 86º 29’ 40.04” west), from this point, west to the intersection of the center lines of Street Department Drive and Burlington Ave. From this intersection, south to the intersection of the center lines of Burlington Ave. and Washington Ave., then southwest to the intersection of the center lines of Washington Ave. and North Williams St. Then south to the point of beginning, the intersection of the center lines of North Williams Road and the Norfolk & Southern Railroad (40º 16’ 57.68” north and 86º 30’ 05.00” west).
