§ 93.012 ENFORCEMENT OF CODES.

(A) The Fire Prevention Code and Life Safety Code shall be enforced by the Fire Prevention Division Captain, by authority of the Fire Chief, or any other officer of the Fire Department designated by the Chief of the Fire Department.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person properly served with an order or citation under provisions of the Codes to fail to comply with such order or citations.
