§ 50.35  RIGHT OF UTILITY TO SHUT OFF SERVICE.
   (A)   The utility reserves the right to shut off the supply of electric energy without notice for any of the following reasons.
      (1)   Repairs.
      (2)   Want of supply.
      (3)   Non-payment of any bill when due.
      (4)   Interference with any of the utility's meters, equipment, or connections thereto.
      (5)   Failure to comply with the terms of the contract.
      (6)   Violation of any rules and regulations applicable to the service.
      (7)   For any lawful reason.
   (B)   Discontinuance shall not invalidate any contract, and the utility shall have the right to enforce any contract notwithstanding discontinuance.
