(A) Any customer having active connected light or power load of 50 horsepower or more, will be permitted to take incidental lighting hereunder; however, the connected load of the incidental lighting shall not exceed 30% of the total connected power load. Lighting will not be permitted in any proportion on installations less than 50 horsepower active connected power load, except that a power customer who has no lighting circuit may install an extension with proper lamp or lamps to one phase of the power circuit in order to provide emergency inspection light.
(B) The utility will maintain and supply at a single location, the complete substation equipment that is necessary in order to make one transformation to a standard voltage from the voltage of the available transmission or distribution line as the utility deems adequate and suitable to serve the capacity contracted for. Not more than one such transformation will be installed at the utility's expense for any customer, however when the customer is permitted to take incidental lighting hereunder, and the voltage of the load side of the power transformation is approximately 460 or 230 volts, and the customer requires approximately 115 volts two-wire (or 115-230 volts three-wire) for lighting purposes, the utility, at the same location, will install at its own expense the additional transformation to obtain such lighting voltage, for the customer. Should the customer require service of non-standard characteristic, the customer shall, at his own expense, furnish and maintain all transformers and protective equipment therefor necessary in order to obtain the non-standard characteristics.
(C) All wiring, pole lines, wires, and other electrical equipment and apparatus located beyond the point of connection of the customer's service lines with the lines of the utility are considered the distribution system of the customer and shall be furnished, owned, and maintained by the customer, except in the case of metering equipment and other equipment incidental to the rendering of service, if any, that is furnished, owned, and maintained by the company and installed beyond the point of connection.
