§ 50.17  DESCRIPTION OF EQUIPMENT TO BE CONNECTED TO SERVICE.
   The customer shall, upon request of the utility, present in writing to the utility a list of the appliances, motors, and other equipment which are to be connected to the utility's lines, giving the location of the premises at which service is to be taken.  The utility will then advise the customer as to the character of service it will furnish.
