§ 51.067 DISCHARGE OF WASTE INTO SEWER CONSTRUCTED AS PART OF U.S. ROUTE 30 IMPROVEMENTS PROHIBITED.
   No person, firm, corporation or other entity shall discharge any sanitary waste or industrial wastewater into any storm sewer or drainage facility constructed as part of the U.S. Route 30 at improvement project from Wolf Road to IL Route 43, a portion of which passes through the Village of Frankfort.
