(A) No person, firm, corporation or other entity shall discharge any sanitary waste or industrial wastewater into any storm sewer or drainage facility constructed as part of the U.S. Route 45 improvement, the limits of the improvement being between Colorado Avenue and south of Nebraska Street, of which passes through the village.
(B) No person, firm, corporation or other entity shall discharge any sanitary waste or industrial wastewater into any storm sewer or drainage facility constructed as part of the U.S. Route 45 improvement, the limits of improvement being at the EJ & E Railroad underpass, which passes through the village.
