§ 120.05 RESALE OF PRE-OWNED MERCHANDISE.
   No merchant shall sell, transfer or dispose of any pre-owned merchandise purchased for $30 or more within five business days after it filed the daily report of receipt of the merchandise as required under § 120.04. Items purchased for less than $30 have no waiting period.
