A merchant shall fully comply with ILCS Ch. 205, Act 510, § 7(a)) and shall also send a daily report made by computer printout before the hour of 12:00 noon for any pre-owned merchandise purchased during the preceding day except that sporting goods shall be reported only if it is purchased for $30 or more. Handwritten reports will not be accepted. The format of the report shall be approved by the Chief of Police or the Chief's designee. The daily reports shall be sent to the Frankfort Police Department either by facsimile or electronically to Resale@Frankfortpolice.net.
