(A) The village shall provide each residential single-family and duplex units with one curbside recycling container for their use. The container shall remain the property of the village and shall be returned to the village when a person no longer resides in the corporate limits of the village. To return a recycling container, the resident is responsible to contact the village offices and the container will be collected by the village.
(B) In the event that a container is lost or stolen it shall be replaced with a container provided by the village which shall also remain the property of the village. The cost of such replacement container shall be the responsibility of the resident and such cost shall be added to the next appropriate invoice for full payment.
(C) Recyclable materials shall only be placed in village-approved recycling containers, no other containers shall be used or permitted. Additional containers for recycling use may be purchased from the village at a cost equal to the cost of purchase as paid by the village.
