(A) All products the village designates as recyclable shall be separated from all other refuse. Occupants of single-family and duplex units shall place recyclables in village-approved and issued containers, which shall be collected by the village's curbside recycling contractor.
(B) Recyclables shall be placed in recycling containers at curbside at times designated by the village of Frankfort. Occupants of multi-family residential units shall transport or cause to be transported such recyclable materials to designated drop-off sites.
