§ 50.17 PACKING OF YARD WASTE.
   No person shall put yard waste into any container intended for municipal collection or disposal at a landfill unless said container is a biodegradable paper bag authorized and approved by the village that bears the official village of Frankfort “Frankfort Yard Waste Program” label.
