§ 50.05 LOCATION OF CONTAINERS FOR COLLECTION.
   It shall be the duty of every occupant, person, owner, owner's agent, or tenant in possession of any house, building, flat, or apartment, industrial, commercial, religious, political, social, and nonprofit organizations in the village to place garbage or refuse containers within five feet of the curb line.
