All contractors licensed under § 150.51 shall comply with the provisions of all applicable village codes and ordinances and, in addition thereto, to at least once each week or more often as directed by the Village Building Inspector shall remove or cause to be removed from the site of contractor’s activities all trash, refuse and waste materials. Contractors shall at all times keep the site of activities in an orderly condition, free from standing water, unguarded dangerous implements or conditions and health and safety hazards, and contractors shall not obstruct traffic on streets or sidewalks or permit dirt or waste materials to fall or be carried onto such public ways.
