§ 150.54 LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person shall act as a contractor or subcontractor within the village, nor shall be licensed, unless said contractor or subcontractor deposits with the Village Building Department, a certificate of insurance issued to the contractor or subcontractor by a company approved and authorized to issue such insurance by the state for the full period of the license period in the following amounts:
      (1)   General Contractor Insurance Requirements.
          (a)   Comprehensive broad form:
            1.   General liability, as set by the Board of Trustees.
            2.   Auto insurance, as set by the Board of Trustees.
         (b)   Workers’ compensation and employers’ liability: Broad form coverage in amounts required by law.
      (2)   Subcontractor.
         (a)   Comprehensive broad form:
            1.   General liability, as set by the Board of Trustees.
            2.   Auto insurance, as set by the Board of Trustees.
         (b)   Workers’ compensation and employers’ liability: Broad form coverage in amounts required by law.
   (B)   The certificate of insurance shall provide the insurance is not cancelable during the policy period without 90 days prior written notice to the village.
