All principal buildings in all zoning districts within the corporate limits of the village shall prominently and conspicuously post and display the correct numerical address. The numbers shall be displayed either on the building or posted at the front entry to the property so that such street number is clearly visible and of such size that it is easily identifiable from the street abutting such front yard.
