§ 150.02 CONSTRUCTION OF ENTRANCE TO LOTS ADJOINING PROPERTY ZONED FOR COMMERCIAL, PUBLIC OR INDUSTRIAL USE.
   (A)   The owners of any lots or parcels of real property within the village, zoned for public or commercial use, shall prior to commencement of any construction or building of any new or additional improvements thereon, which includes but is not limited to any excavation or earthwork, construct or cause to be constructed an entrance to and from any road that may be adjacent thereto, which entrance shall conform to the standards marked “Exhibit A” [attached to Ord. 1083] and shall be adopted by reference thereto and specifically made a part hereof, the same being the Village Standard Entrance Details for Commercial Lots.
   (B)   The owners of any lots or parcels of real property within the village, zoned for public or industrial use, shall prior to commencement of any construction or building of any new or additional improvements thereon, which includes but is not limited to any excavation or earthwork, construct or cause to be constructed an entrance to and from any road that may be adjacent thereto, which entrance shall conform to the standards marked “Exhibit B” [attached to Ord. 1083] and shall be adopted by reference thereto and specifically made a part hereof, the same being the Village Standard Entrance Details for Industrial Lots.
   (C)   Any person who shall hereafter desire to construct or reconstruct for a commercial or industrial zoned lot or parcel of real property, an entrance to and from an existing lot, shall construct same in accordance with the applicable standard entrance details stated in divisions (A) and (B) of this section.
   (D)   In addition to any other requirements contained herein, the applicant shall, at the time of securing a building permit and prior to the commencement of any building construction or work upon the building site, give a letter of credit or a corporate surety bond with a bonding company being acceptable to the village and authorized to conduct business in the state payable to the village in an amount not less than $5,000 conditioned upon the timely and faithful performance of all requirements and conditions of this section. Said bond shall be released by the village upon completion, approval of work, and if applicable, acceptance of the work required under this ordinance by the village.
