§ 136.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who commits an offense as established and defined in this chapter for which another penalty is not provided shall be subject to a minimum fine of not less than $50 and a maximum fine of not more than $750 unless otherwise specified herein.

   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of § 136.06 for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall be fined not more than $750 for each and every violation thereof, and every day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.    (C)   Whoever violates any provision of § 136.07 for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall be fined not more than $750 for each and every violation thereof, and every day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

   (D)   In addition to, and not in lieu of, any other penalties provided under the laws of the State of Illinois or any other remedies available at law or equity, any person or entity convicted of violating §§ 136.20 et seq. shall pay a fine of not less than $500 nor more than permitted by law, with each day a violation continues to exist constituting a separate and distinct offense.
