§ 136.04 SALE TO OR POSSESSION BY MINOR OF GLUE; RECORDS TO BE KEPT.
   (A)   Sale of glue to or possession by minor prohibited.
      (1)   Except as otherwise provided in this subchapter, no person under 18 years of age shall possess or buy any glue.
      (2)   Except as otherwise provided in this subchapter, no person shall sell or transfer possession of any glue to another person under 18 years of age.
      (3)   A person may sell or transfer possession of glue to a person under 18 years of age for building or other lawful use where the minor has in his possession and exhibits the written consent of his parent or guardian.
   (B)   Records of sale and transfer of glue to minor.
      (1)   A person making a sale or transfer of possession of glue to a person under 18 years of age who exhibits the written consent of his parent or guardian shall record the name, address, sex and age of the minor and the name and address of the consenting parent or guardian. All data required by this section shall be kept in a permanent type register available for inspection by the Police Department.
      (2)   Any person above the age of 18 years of age making a purchase of glue must produce identification as to his age and must sign his name and address on the record of sale.
