§ 135.05 PROHIBITION OF VIDEO GAMING WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE.
   Pursuant to Section 27 of the Video Gaming Act, (ILCS Ch. 230, Act 40, § 27) the village prohibits video gaming within its corporate limits.
