(A) Except as otherwise provided herein, any person who commits an offense as established and defined in this chapter shall be subject to a minimum fine of not less than $50 and a maximum fine of not more than $750 unless otherwise specified herein.
(B) Failure to comply with any of the requirements of § 135.06 shall constitute a violation, and any person shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $250 nor more than $750 for each offense. Each day in which a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
